The stats are updated automatically. The cron is set for updating stats. But sometimes the stats are not updated due to load on the server. The deoman is killed and as a result, the stats for a particular domain is not updated.

For this go to cpanel >> Web/ftp stats >> Awstats >> update now.

Also, you can update awstats from shell

#/scripts/runweblogs username

Also, you can update webalizer from shell

#/scripts/fixwebalizer username

The stats will be updated.
