Astronauts From China Touched Earth !!
Three Chinese astronauts returned to Earth on Sunday, after successfully completing their mission of three days. The mission also included testing of China`s first spacewalk.
The re-entry capsule named Shenzhou-7 landed on Inner Mongolia at 5:39 p.m. (9:39 GMT) on Sunday. After about 45 minutes of the capsule touching Earth, the three astronauts crawled out of the capsule. The 45 minute gap of exiting out of the capsule is essential to cover up the difference in the force of gravity. The medical officials quoted that the astronauts were in good health.
This was the third time China did this space mission. Last time they had attempted this mission was in 2003.
During the mission one of the astronauts, or taikonaughts as they are known, took part in first walk in space.
