Login the web server via SSH and fire the command

/usr/bin/webalizer -n domain_name -o path for output directory path for access _log

Eg: domain abc.com

/usr/bin/webalizer -n abc.com -o /home/virtual/abc.com/var/log/webalizer/ /home/virtual/abc.com/var/log/httpd/access_log

Please use the following command :

/usr/bin/webalizer -n domainname -o /home/virtual/domainname/var/log/webalizer -D
/var/cache/dns_cache.db /home/virtual/domainname/var/log/httpd/access_log
