Then do the following —

Steps

1)cd /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/

2)mkdir extensions

3)cd extensions

4)mkdir no-debug-non-zts-20020429

5)Disable sourceguardian option in WHM > tweak settings and re-enable it.
Edit/Delete Message

This will fixed the error.
